    Abstract: 臺灣位在熱帶多雨之區域,每到雨季即是考驗國內道路鋪面之時
    刻,許多道路在雨後便出現路面坑洞,進而影響用路人安全,為增加
    鋪面之耐久性,近年已有許多學者針對材料及工法著手研究,亦有相
    當之成果;然而影響瀝青混凝土品質之因素不僅材料及工法,瀝青混
    凝土之源頭為瀝青混凝土拌合廠,瀝青混凝土拌合廠之運作將影響瀝
    青混凝土出廠之均勻性、溫度及配比等,均為影響瀝青混凝土品質之
    關鍵因素,考量國內瀝青混凝土廠設備大部分均屬老舊設備,常發生
    因設備問題影響瀝青混凝土出料及品質等問題,因此本研究將針對瀝
    青混凝土拌合廠設備維護機制進行探討。
    各種設備均有不同之重要性及生命週期,因此本研究將以日工型
    瀝青拌合廠為例,以問卷調查法建立本瀝青混凝土廠之維護機制,後
    續收集拌合廠設備維護資料,並比較導入維護機制前後之維護數量及
    比率。最終由比較結果可知,將本研究建立之維護機制導入拌合廠後
    確實有效降低設備維護次數與量能,可知本研究之維護機制確實有其
    效益,並可提升瀝青混凝土出廠品質。;Taiwan is located in a tropical rainy area. Every rainy season is the time to test the domestic road pavement. Many roads will have potholes after rain, which will affect the safety of passersby. To increase the durability of the pavement, in recent years, many scholars have targeted However, the factors affecting the quality of asphalt concrete are not only materials and construction methods, but the source of asphalt concrete also is the asphalt concrete plant, and the operation of the asphalt concrete plant will affect the uniformity, temperature, and proportion of the asphalt concrete leaving, the factory, etc., are the key factors affecting the quality of asphalt concrete. Considering that most of the equipment in domestic asphalt concise plants is outdated equipment, problems such as the discharge and quality of asphalt concrete often occur due to equipment problems. Therefore, this study will focus on the maintenance of asphalt concrete plant equipment. the mechanism is discussed. All kinds of equipment have different importance and life cycle, so this study will take the Nikko asphalt concrete mixing plant as an example, establish the maintenance mechanism of this asphalt concrete plant by questionnaire survey method, collect the maintenance data of the mixing plant equipment later, and compare the maintenance quantity and ratio before and after the introduction of the maintenance mechanism. The comparison results show that the maintenance mechanism established in this study can effectively reduce the abnormal rate of equipment and improve the delivery quality of asphalt concrete.
