心衝擊圖(Ballistocardiography,BCG)是心臟產生的一種生理訊號。藉由心室輸出到主動脈中每一心搏的心輸出量(Stroke volume)衝擊升主動脈與降主動脈的血管壁所引起的反作用力,造成身體產生規律的運動位移。相較於心電圖(Electrocardiography, ECG or EKG),有著能進行非接觸式採集生理訊號的優勢。其中作為主要泵血腔室的左 心室功能可視為診斷心臟衰竭的重要指標之一。 心衝擊圖(Ballistocardiography)能利用非接觸的方式在患者定時提供的臉部影像中初步整理出心血管功能的資訊,並給醫師作為心臟功能診斷的一個依據。本研究中,將會利用心血管閉迴路電路模型來模擬正常的BCG訊號與異常的BCG訊號。之後,使用努責現象(Valsalva maneuver),或稱作伐式操作,表明心衰竭患者的實際生理訊號,並觀察在各個階段中BCG訊號的相關特徵點來闡明正常與LVEF下降的BCG訊號差異。最後,把觀察到的特徵點差異運用在醫院的臨床患者上,針對實際的狀況來證明心衰竭患者的BCG訊號相較於正常訊號,有著較低頻的成分在。 ;Ballistocardiography(BCG) is the physiological signal causing by the heart. Body generate a regular movement by means of stroke volume(SV) which impacting the ascending and descending aorta from the reaction force.Compared with the Electrocardiography(ECG), BCG has the advantage of collecting signals by non-contact methods.And,the function of the left ventricle,which is the main pumping chamber,can be regarded as one of the important indicators for diagnosing heart failure(HF). BCG can preliminary sort out the cardiovascular function information from facial images provided by patients in a non-contact manner,and provide to doctor with a basis for cardiac function diagnosis. In this study,cardiovascular models will be used to initially determine the etiology of HF patients and simulate the corresponding BCG signals. Then,the Valsalva maneuver was used in the study to show the actual BCG signals. Finally,using image dataset collected from the hospital patient previously,the relationship between left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and BCG was analyzed.
