在專案執行的生命週期中,使用專案計畫與管理工具來規劃與監控專案的時程、人力與資源,能有效提升專案整體的執行效率,但專案在執行的過程中往往因為缺乏流程自動化的支援與專案資訊的有效傳遞,導致專案的團隊溝通與合作不良,所以經常發生資源不足或專案進度落後等問題。而專案的開發若只使用流程定義工具來編輯其開發的流程並監控其執行的狀況時,往往會因為缺乏詳細的專案規劃或專案時程與資源的改變無法即時反應在流程的執行,而造成專案失敗的風險。 本研究實做出之流程與專案整合系統包含了流程定義工具、專案計畫服務和流程與專案轉換模組,以產生可執行的工作流程來支援專案的執行與管理。其中流程與專案轉換模組可從專案定義流程產生出專案的分工結構圖(WBS),並可從專案的計畫產生可執行的工作流程。在轉換過程中,透過流程資產儲藏庫所提供的流程元件(process element)可提升流程定義的效率並可讓工作流程在執行時更有彈性的使用組織的資源。 In the project lifecycle, the project management tool used to plan and monitor project schedule, effort and resources can improve the project performance. But lacking of the process automation support, the poor project team communication and coordination may cause the project delay and resource conflict. Using process definition tool to define process and monitor project’s progress only, the project may fail due to the lacking of detail planning or on-the-fly change support. The process and project integration system developed in this research including process definition tool, project planning services and process-project transformation module is to support scheduled workflow execution. The process-project transformation module can generate project WBS from the project’s defined process and workable process from the project plan vice versa. The process elements in the process asset repository can also be used to improve the efficiency of process definition and flexibility of resource utilization in the process execution.
