台灣的高規格印刷電路板市場日漸強大,為了解決設備管理以及成本相關問題,SEMI 國際半導體產業協會所提出的SME-ELS機聯網通訊協定將作為本研究目標。在SEMI A1/A1.1所制定的規範中,透過TCP/IP對主機端與設備間分配專屬的對應編號後,調整Socket API 相關連線設定。並基於MIAT方法論使用IDEF0功能建模、GRAFCET離散事件建模後處理高階軟體合成。本研究以實現單一設備可同時傳送和接收數據為目標,並針對HC General Data傳輸法進行實驗,使用訊息協定(message protocol)和流式連接(Flow Connection)傳輸法完善數據傳輸的流程。;Taiwan′s high-specification printed circuit board market is becoming stronger and stronger. In order to solve equipment management and cost-related problems, the SME-ELS machine networking communication protocol proposed by SEMI International Semiconductor Industry Association will be used as the research target. In the specifications formulated by SEMI A1/A1.1, after assigning a dedicated corresponding number between the host and the device through TCP/IP, adjust the connection settings related to the Socket API. And based on the MIAT methodology, use IDEF0 functional modeling and GRAFCET discrete event modeling to post-process high-level software synthesis. The goal of this study is to realize that a single device can transmit and receive data at the same time, and conduct experiments on the HC General Data transmission method, using the message protocol and the Flow Connection transmission method to improve the data transmission process.
