    Abstract: 在工業物聯網蓬勃的發展下,生產線設備日益漸增,並涵蓋不同的通訊協定,為了提高數據在設備間的傳輸能力與可靠性,以及通訊協定能應用於不同的設備,國際半導體協會(SEMI)針對SMT生產線提出SMT-ELS通訊協定。本研究依據SEMI SMT-ELS A1/A1.1通訊協定,設計與實作出負責傳輸材料數據的材料握手軟體,我們利用Socket API架構,介於IEEE802.3之上,以TCP/IP通訊協議建立設備與設備間的連線,每台設備依據生產線軌道流動方向可視為Server端或Client端,模擬生產線實際的狀況,藉此驗證我們所設計與實作出的材料握手軟體在設備與設備間水平通訊的即時性與穩定性,透過材料握手軟體的邏輯訊號控制可即時掌握材料數據於不同設備間的傳輸狀態。;With the vigorous development of the Industrial Internet of Things, the produc-tion line equipment is increasing day by day, and covers different communication protocols. In order to improve the transmission capability and reliability of data be-tween devices, and the communication protocol can be applied to different devices, the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International(SEMI) proposes the SMT-ELS communication protocol for the SMT production line. According to the SEMI SMT-ELS A1/A1.1 communication protocol, this study designs and imple-ments the material handshake software responsible for the transmission of material data. We use the Socket API framework, which is based on IEEE802.3, and build equipment with the TCP/IP communication protocol. For the connection with the equipment, each equipment can be regarded as the server end or the client end ac-cording to the track flow direction of the production line, simulating the actual situ-ation of the production line, so as to verify the horizontal communication between the equipment and the equipment of the material handshake software we designed and implemented Real-time and stability, through the logic signal control of the ma-terial handshake software, the transmission status of material data between different devices can be grasped in real time.
