    Abstract: 近年來,光學導電薄膜需求明顯增加,但在成本、製程良率和光電效能等方面仍需改善。例如,可撓高分子導電薄膜、鈣鈦礦太陽能電池和導電高分子基軟性電子等應用需要高效能的阻水阻氣披覆保護層,以避免裂化,且要求高透光性和導電性。石墨烯被提出用於這些應用,但成本高且維持高導電性需昂貴參雜製程。為突破此困境,本計畫將利用繞捲式化學氣相沉積技術生長卷軸型石墨烯薄膜,發展高功能性的複合高分子導電多層膜。
