    Abstract: 台灣地區位於亞熱帶多雨的地區,密級配瀝青混凝土已漸漸無法滿足服務需求,尤其路面常常發生車轍推擠、坑洞、剝脫等等。目前國道高速公路面層皆採用傳統密級配瀝青混凝土為主,在交通流量日益增加下,路面以無法提供長期服務能力;在雨天行車時路面產生水膜及水霧現象,造成行車安全的疑慮,而路面因水分入侵,在天雨過後路面損壞情形亦常見,兩者情形造成路面維修頻繁,增加養護費用支出,藉由國外經驗採用石膠泥(SMA)瀝青混凝土與排水性(PA)瀝青混凝土,嘗試在高速公路上鋪設以瞭解其成效性。 本研究由石膠泥及排水性瀝青混凝土之配合設計結果進行試驗室各項成效試驗,其兩種瀝青混凝土皆有良好之成效結果。在石膠泥瀝青混凝土採用木纖與礦纖兩種纖維,試驗結果顯示,兩者無明顯差異,在瀝青材料方面,與使改質Ⅲ型瀝青有較好之成效。在排水性瀝青混凝土方面,部分實驗室成效試驗結果出現差異性,表示排水性瀝青混凝土需藉由較多項成效試驗排評估其性質。 本研究於國三線上分別鋪設石膠泥及排水性瀝青混凝土路段,在現地鋪設經由定期成效檢測,瞭解在國道上之成效性,並利用世界銀行發展之公路發展及維護管理系統(HDM-4),以台灣地區高速公路本土化道路劣化模組,進行路面服務成效評估,並與成效檢測結果互相比對,瞭解預估成效準確性,以供國內道路養護單位參考之用。 The weather in Taiwan is the subtropical zone. The DGAC can’t be satisfied with the service quality. The DGAC often occurred rutting, shoving, potholes, weathering and raveling, etc. The paving of highway is almost used DGAC. The paving of highway can’t provide the long-term service quality by the traffic flow grow up day and day. It threatens with drivers’ safety that driving in rain occurs water membrane and water fog. The paving often occurs cracks after rain by the water invade paving. The two positions of cracks occur made the paving maintain frequently. It’s increased the expense of maintain. I attempted to comprehend the effects by paving SMA and PA on the highway. The study is directed at the performing tests in laboratory form the SMA and PA design results. The SMA and PA have great performance. It used cellulose and mineral fiber in the SMA. It’s not different conspicuously that the performance of used cellulose fiber or mineral fiber. It has better performance by using polymer-modified paving asphaltⅢ. The performances in laboratory are discrepancy for PA. It should be test for more performance for PA. The SMA and PA have been built in the NO.3 highway in the study. I comprehend the effects on the highway by building on the highway and periodical performance test on the highway. The HDM-4 is developed by word bank. I estimate paving service performances by using HDM-4’s paving deterioration model that altered to fit the highway of Taiwan. And I compare the performances in laboratory with the performances on the highway. I comprehend the precision of estimate performances to provide reference to the department of maintaining and managing in Taiwan.
