    Abstract: 本計畫所開發可將一般矽單晶晶片厚度快速薄化及平坦化之新穎低溫蝕刻製程技術,可提供相關晶片產業在研發製備薄型矽晶晶片新技術時之設計參考。 本計畫所提出可在室溫或低溫下快速製備各式具自供水、可撓曲特性之微型矽晶奈米線水蒸發發電元件的新穎結構設計與製程技術,極具可行性且在目前已知期刊文獻中仍未曾被報導。不僅可提供一般學研單位進行微型矽晶發電裝置之基礎學術研究,可預期未來在各式先進太陽能電池、可撓曲矽晶奈米感測元件、穿戴式水蒸發發電元件等領域上,也將具有很大的應用潛力。
