    Abstract: 我們預期本計畫在奈米層級下,臨場所觀測的高分子材料隨環境變化行為,將能系統性探討以往巨觀非臨場所觀測不到的物理化學現象,並應用在新穎材料的開發之上。同時,我們也預期所建立的具時間解析的三維立體顯像技術,能對於物理、化學、生物以及材料科學做出重大的突破,瞭解材料細部的變化並對上述之相關科學領域提供相當程度的助益。
