Abstract:	本計畫之主要目的為提供國內衛星遙測界優質之資料與服務。執行之主要任務為協助科技部執行計畫及科普與國高中教育，以開拓新使用者、精進服務內容及擴大衛星影像應用面為工作目標。預期對於國家發展與社會之影響為健全國內遙測基礎建設、引領國內遙測科技發展達國際水準、應用遙測影像於國土監測及災害防治可保障國家社會利益及人民生命財產安全。對經濟之影響為遙測影像用於災害防治，可降低經濟傷害；用於民生建設，可促進經濟發展。對學術發展之影響，透過多元化資料供應與服務以及開放資料之推動，滿足學界從事相關研究時所需之完整資料組合，促進學術發展。
