    Abstract: 隨著定位導航衛星以及近地軌道衛星對人們的日常生活提供越來越多服務,監測太空環境的變化變得更為重要。本計畫評估GNSS-R海面反射觀測對提升監測電離層太空天氣準確度的效益,以及建立近即時太空天氣現報模式的可行性。即時且精準的三維電子密度資訊除了可以更好的監測太空天氣的變化外,對於定位導航的修正,更準確的無線電通訊都是必不可少的。
