Abstract:	本研究以原住民族、客家之「地方（區域）通行語」為切入點，來對我國的國家語言發展法制進行制度框架與政策調適之分析。由於各項規範於2017年《原住民族語言發展法》通過後開始陸續建置，行政院亦自今（2022）年起，開始推動「國家語言推動會報」及「國家語言整體發展方案」（111-115），不難看出這個主題會是未來幾年族群研究學界乃至實務界的重大議題與討論焦點。由此可知，本研究具有學理、實務、社會影響等不同面向的意義。
