    Abstract: 利用國內先進半導體和封裝技術開發具有高階線性化功能的毫米波雙頻段收發機,使相關產業技術能應用於未來毫米波行動通訊上。創新型類比和數位式線性化方法將有效改善收發機線性度,使其更適用下世代行動系統上。關鍵積體電路設計技術和線性化方法有助於國內相關產業發展,前瞻論文發表能有效提升該領域學術地位。所培育人才可投入國內通訊和半導體等領域,實質提升相關產業研發能量。
