    Abstract: 本計畫有望對加工產業及學術發展產生深遠的影響,通過開發新型CNC內旋刮齒機及切削標準與變導程螺桿實驗,有望證實新型環狀內旋刮齒刀在實體切削螺桿之可行性,以此達到國內外首創單一進給內切削多牙口螺桿的創舉,並藉由切削力預測模型,優化內旋刮齒機在切削時的進給速率,本計畫亦會提出以現有機台製作及磨銳新型內旋刮齒刀之技術,以供未來量產刀具時使用。本計畫所建立之方法及技術,將可大幅提升國內螺桿加工方式之附加價值,並預期可產生具技轉價值之技術。
