    Abstract: 隨著經濟的成長,企業或集團已有朝向海外發展,跨國經營的趨勢;並且不再將國家視為個別的區域單位而是依照本身的需求進行國際分工。也就是不針對同一國家進行製造、採購並將產品銷售到全球各地。 台灣為海島型的國家,藉由港埠活動以發展國際物流更是不可缺少的。然而在土地有限的情況下,貨物的運輸除了依賴航空運輸外,唯有利用其地理位置之優勢,發展海運活動,才能帶動國家經濟永續的發展。 與台灣地理條件相似的國家均已將港埠與物流進行結合,要發展國際性的港埠不可或缺的是港口所能提供之貨物的運送服務。而今物流中心除了為運轉中心之概念外,亦發展為「經營保稅貨物倉儲、轉運及配送業務之保稅場所,其業者得向海關申請登記為物流中心」。 因此,港埠型的物流中心增進國際性港埠的發展是必要的,可是關於物流中心區位評選的研究相當多,但很少對於相關業者進行港埠型物流中心區位評選的討論,故本研究希望經由文獻蒐集與分析現況的發展,就海運承攬業者的角度,探討設立港埠型物流中心的架構因素並利用層級分析法( AHP),建立其港埠型物流中心因素之權重;為了加強研究的實用性,最後利用灰關聯做為方案排序的方法以進行港口排序的模式測試,以探討當港口的角色定義為商港、工業港、工商綜合港與自由貿易港的情境下業者選擇港口設立物流中心的區位選擇的變化,以提供業者日後實際設立物流中心的應用。 ABSTRACT With the progressive economy , The development of the administrations and businesses of enterprises or groups have become expanding to abroad, And would no more see a country as a single area . But what their mostly needs to buy or produce what they want .Then products of their manufactures and services have been transmitted for selling to the corners of all over the world. As being an island, Taiwan, at the limited lands stations, has indispensably to develop it's national logistics by bender actionations . And only accessing the geographic environment advantages to inspire bender actionations can push nation forward to active abiding development,, In the addition air transportation services, cargoes conveyance services still heavily depends on harbor facilities andmaritime vessels . The same geographic circumstance as Taiwan, Some has already allied the harbor and logistic affair together to promote efficiency of national harbor . So it is important to provide good conveyance services. Today, distribution center is able to afford bonded warehouse ,transit, and allocation by applying to customhouse. Therefore, a harbor distribution center is necessary for developing a national harbor, although there is a lot of distribution center studies written , but few were discussed about it detailed. In these studies, from archives and actualities collecting to converse the cadre of distribution center might choose a factor as the role of carries,using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to set up the factor weight of distribution center .In order to confirm the study usefulness ,ad using Gray Relation Analyses to advancing model test on the list. Since the harbors have different roles, such as commercial, industrial , combined, and free trading ports, to identify the change of the choosing distribution center location , affording carrying traders manage the distribution center someday .
