This study used the 3-dimensional finite element model to analyze pavement response under traffic loading. A-7-5 cohesive soil was analyzed to find out the effects of water content, non-uniform load, nonlinear properties of material and earth stress on flexible pavement. An analytical model was used to simulate contact stress distribution between the tire and surface. The effect of tire pressure on pavement structure under traffic load was observed, based on nonlinear properties of material and earth stress. The rutting and fatigue crack model by application of AI design method was used to analyze the influence of the performance of pavement.
