This study in Miaoli County, three belonging to different government levels in the Park as the main object of study, namely Taiwan Hakka Cultrual Center Council for Hakka Affairs, Hakka Tung Blossom Park courtyard for the International Colture and Tourism Bureau, Miaoli County and Miaoli Hakka College for Miaoli City office. First, the analysis of the status of the three Park in Miaoli County, according to the Park sets the origin and purpose, realization of Hakka culture (content) combined to a museum′s mission, its status and resources, drive around the area tourism industry, while promoting economic development and cooperation network will be born. By using the qualitative research methods of documentary analysis, in-depth interviews, and social network analysis understand Hakka Culture Park forms of social network interactions with the organizations.
Study found that factors affecting the interactions can be divided into internal and external factors. Internal factors are: "layer and scale" and "orientation" ,on the other hand , external factors have "economic resources", "Government policy" and "cultural knowledge", concludes the Miaoli Hakka Culture Park′s mode of operation. Furthermore, the social network analysis found that degree centrality and betweeness centrality, are Hakka Affairs and the International Colture and Tourism Bureau, Miaoli County of numerical high, so the network of three Parks in Miaoli County of interactive relationship Hakka Affairs and Miaoli County Government are played important role of leading and bridging , regardless of in holding Hakka related affairs or Hakka culture activities, all level of competent organ also has information and resources of mutual supporting.
