This thesis aims to investigate the extent of influence on back light module optical lens from deviance resulted in respective manufacturing process via optical simulation software and measurement on actual objects, using designated micro lens. To further improve result validity of research, putting actual objects into surface shaping measurement in conjunction with inputting results collected from optical software to further analyze its overall validity check, with a final comparison between this result with measurement on actual objects.
Lens injection molding in three different gate which is square gate, fan gate and ramp gates. The results are displayed that the molding error of each three gates is very small in the mold flow analysis and simulation of illuminance distribution. The illuminance distribution of the lens which molding in square gate is unstable than the lens injection with fan gate and ramp gates. And then we can discussion difference between analog value and the actual value through measurement the illuminance distribution of finished product which injected with three different gate. The deformation of the lens which injection with square gate is worse than the lens which injection with fan gate and ramp gates by measurement the illuminance distribution of finished product. Finally, we can analyze the lens which injection with fan gate is more stability and the illuminance error is better than the square gate and ramp gate.
