摘要(中) 隨著科技快速革新,企業脫穎而出之關鍵, 由過去低價、大量產出做為 競爭手段,轉變成 為顧客導向、創新價值高之產品,企業不僅重視產品、服務品質是否能夠勝過競爭者,更重視以創新創造更高的市場價值 。企業於追求員工產生創新行為之中,領導者風格、團體氛圍被預期為影響創新行為之因素,因此本研究旨在驗證主管之幽默領導風格、員工創新行為與正向團體情感氛圍之相關性,觀察變項間之關聯性以及中介效果。
本研究針對台灣五間手機遊戲公司之工作者,以問卷調查法收集到134份有效問卷,發現之研究結果為:(1)主管幽默領導風格與員工創新行為有正向關聯性。(2)主管幽默領導風格與正向團體情感氛圍正向關聯性。(3)正向團體情感氛圍與員工創新行為有正向關聯性。(4)正向團體情感氛圍對主管幽默領導風格與創新行的關係為有中介效果。
摘要(英) Nowadays, companies have realized the importance of employees’ innovation behavior, and it is viewed as the most vital issue. They not only pay attention to products and service quality, but also pay attention to creating higher market value by innovation-driven product. Furthermore, the leader style and group atmosphere are expected to influence the innovation behavior. Therefore, this study aims to verify the relationship between the manager’s humorous leadership style, employees’ innovation behavior and positive group affective tone.
This research is aim at workers who are in Taiwan’s mobile game industry. We collected 134 effective data and found the results as follows:(1) The manager’s humorous leadership style had a significant positive relationship with employees’ innovation behavior. (2) The manager’s humorous leadership style had a significant positive relationship with positive group affective tone. (3) Positive group affective tone had a significant positive relationship with employees’ innovation behavior. (4) Positive group affective tone fully mediated the relationship between manager’s humorous leadership style and employees’ innovation behavior.
