This research uses ZEMAX software to design the optical system (HUD model) required for AR, and then uses MATLAB face recognition and tracking technology to perform parallax compensation, and detailed ZEMAX software simulation steps and simple ZEMAX example operations are listed in the article. For beginners to learn. Through ZEMAX we can simulate the error caused by the visual position(about 15~18%), and the real-time tracking of MATLAB software makes the image move with the observer′s perspective, and then adjust the program parameters to further reduce the error, so that the observer has a better AR experience.
With the help of TracePro, you can clearly see the light trace and irradiance map, while ZEMAX can see the spot size and imaging distortion and use the software′s internal optimizer to optimize the image. |
