Abstract:	本文利用1978年1月--2004年12月的「人力資源調查」，建構出具有短期追蹤性質的月串聯資料，以 Cox PH 模型為基礎，並檢定各變數是否違反 PH 的假設，再進一步將模型擴展為 extended Cox 模型來進行失業週數的期間分析，此外，也考慮兩種競爭風險的設定；最後，由於樣本數充足，可對樣本進行切割，針對感興趣的族群分別進行分析比較。模型中放入文獻常使用的外生變數，並以年度虛擬變數來控制景氣效果，此外也發現年群變數對轉機率有顯著的影響。由於本文使用的樣本數遠多於以往的實證研究，得出的係數估計值都更具效率性。
