    Abstract: 近年來,企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning , 簡稱ERP)系統相關之研究可謂不勝枚舉。然而,許多的研究卻指出ERP系統之導入並未帶來預期之成效。正當許多研究致力於探討導入ERP系統之關鍵成功因素(Critical Success Factors , 簡稱CSFs)的同時,往往忽略了「領導」在ERP系統導入過程中所扮演之重要角色。本研究由轉換型領導型態(transformational leadership style)出發,希望探討轉換型領導型態是否與團隊成員對其領導者之滿意度以及團隊工作品質構成正向之影響,以及團隊成員對其領導者之滿意度和團隊工作品質是否對於團隊最終之團隊績效有正向之影響。研究結果顯示轉換型領導行為的確分別對於團隊成員對其領導者之滿意度以及團隊工作品質形成正向之影響,尤其,ERP團隊之領導者應該盡可能發揮其個人魅力,並且激發團隊成員之腦力激盪,如此除了可使成員對其領導者之滿意度提升之外,也可以提升團隊工作之品質;除此之外,團隊成員對其領導者之滿意度和團隊工作品質對於團隊績效之正向影響亦獲得證實。 The present study serves as an initial step towards understanding the impacts of leadership style on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Though issues about ERP implementation Critical Success Factors (CSFs) such as top management commitment and support, change management, internal/external resource allocation, and consultants’ support has been broadly discussed in literature (Jarrar, Al-Mudimigh, and Zairi, 2000; Holland, and Light, 1999; Laughlin, 1999), the author believes that leadership style is crucial to the success of ERP implementation and deserves more attention. Meanwhile, the effect of team members’ satisfaction with their leader and teamwork quality on ERP project team performance was empirically confirmed. 300 companies listed in “TOP500 of The Largest Corporations in Taiwan 2001,” with either having implemented or being implemented ERP systems, were sent standardized questionnaire. The present study confirmed that due to the unique characteristics of ERP implementation project, leaders should demonstrate more charismatic and intellectual stimulation behaviors to improve the ERP project team members’ satisfaction with their leader and teamwork quality. In addition, the positive relationships between members’ satisfaction with ERP project leader, teamwork quality and team performance were statistically supported. Implications on future study are discussed, too.
