由於Wiki在集體協作上具有公開性、即時性、直接性與具有歷史存檔性等特性,在知識的分享與蒐集的應用,更是受到各方的重視。Google與摩托羅拉等企業都利用Wiki系統作為內部溝通或知識管理的工具。但目前卻鮮少學術研究針對此主題進行相關的研究。為了更進一步了解Wiki的發展因素與前景,本研究將以Wiki使用者為主題,初步探究使用者的使用行為,以深入了解影響Wiki採用的因素,並提供未來研究及實務上的有價建議。 在研究理論與方法上,本研究以整合性科技接受模式為基礎,發展出本研究-Wiki使用者對Wiki接受行為之研究假設模式,透過問卷調查收集215份有效問卷進行量化統計分析,問卷研究結果顯示(1)「績效預期」、「努力預期」、「促成環境」與「使用者涉入」等四項會正向影響Wiki的使用意圖。(2)「社會影響」對Wiki的使用意圖沒有顯著的影響。(3)「使用者涉入」對使用意圖的影響力最大,此與目前逐漸以使用者為中心之資訊服務發展潮流相符。 本研究結果可提供做為未來新的Wiki系統的建議,以提升新系統的可行性與適用性。雖然本研究以中文使用者為研究對象,所得之結果亦可給Wiki跨語言研究作為參考。 Mass collaboration with openness, instant update, direct, and historical backups, the characteristics of Wiki earn it attention in applications of knowledge collection and sharing. Many companies such as Google and Motorola utilize Wiki system as it in-house application for communication or knowledge management, but academic studies on this or related topic is rarely researched. To further understand Wiki’s cause of development and it future, this research is based on investigation of behavior of Wiki users and it initiative cause to provide useful suggestion for future research and practical usage. In research methodology, this research is compiled base on UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology). To investigate Wiki users’ acceptance behavior, through valid questionnaires, the result shows: 1) performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions and user involvement have positive effect on Wiki users’ intention of use. 2) Social influences have no significant effect on Wiki user. 3) User involvement has the most significant effect on Wiki users’ intention of use. This shows correspondence to current IT services’ trend which end user plays the most important role. The research result may be utilized for future Wiki system development suggestions, to improve on its usability and adaptability. Although this research is based on Chinese users, the research result may be used as reference for all other languages.
