摘要: | 本研究是針對規劃設計階段基礎工法之選擇和基樁現地載重試驗後效益分析為研究對向,並以新板特區橋峰大樓基礎工程為研究範圍。 在規劃設計階段,工法的選擇直接與工程成本具有密切關係,除了材料本身具有市場價格外,技術、機具、人員、時程等變動形成直接或間接的影響,對於各式基樁工程所使用之機器設備在市場佔有率、施工可行性、技術人員、工期及工法考量等運用於壁樁、反循環樁、全套管基樁工法並做比較及各式基樁運用於深開挖工法之聯合使用上做比較,而選擇較經濟性和方便性之工法。 在載重試驗上針對新板特區橋峰大樓之壁樁工程運用於超高層建築之載重前、後效益分析,透過本研究,對壁樁之施工及載重有更深層的認識,在不必要成本支出的管理技術上和品質及安全確保下讓成本、技術、工期達到最高效益為本研究之目的。 onsideration and so on utilizes in the wall pile, the counter-circulation pile, the entire drive pipe machine pile labor law and makes the comparison and various types foundation pile utilizes in excavates union of use in the labor law to do deeply compares, but chooses compares efficient and the conveniences labor of law.
