Abstract:	台灣經濟發展快速，用路人對於政府之需求亦越來越提昇，道路工程施工品質未臻理想，肇因於國內道路工程執行時諸多不適切或不健全的因素所致，道路養護管理機關因資源條件、地理環境條件及施政理念亦各不相同；道路養護之目的在使道路及其附屬設施能經常維持其原有良好行車及安全狀態，管理機關採取加強道路養護工作與行政管理作業方法，配合政策作為與實際作為，整合及善用資源，環境再造、創新價值、發揮團隊力量整體表現，以績效管理的手段加以分析，納入整體城鄉發展市區道路纜線地下化計畫，建立因地制宜發揮道路服務品質的適切性，進而讓道路工程建設成為國家進步發展及政府施政形象與民眾生活改善之基礎。希望本研究所提出之道路養護管理之問題與對策提昇方案及具體建議，除能提昇道路服務品質外，並可提供未來相關績效管理研究之參考。 With the fast growth of Taiwan economic, people request higher road quality which constructed by the government. The quality of road construction did not achieve the goal due to improperly and incomplete operation. The road construction administration also different in resource, environment and strategy. The purpose of road maintenance is to make road and facility work safely and properly. Administrative department focus on road maintenance and improve management of administration. It also cooperates with government strategy and actual operation. Integrate and use resource efficiency, recreate the environment, value revolution and give full play of team work and performance management. We need to the plan of underground cable in city and create suitable road construction. Moreover, road construction is the basic for country developing and image. I wish the research could provide the advice of road maintenance and improve action plan. It could improve the road function and also the reference of performance management.
