Abstract:	鎂合金AZ61有良好的抗拉強度和伸長率，尤其是比重小，因此比強度大，是用來取代鋁合金的結構材。本研究主要目的在於研究鎂合金AZ61的疲勞性質和破斷面的形態，並使用以信賴度統計分析中最常用的韋伯分配函數來探討材料疲勞的破壞機率。最後比較鍛造前後材料的機械性質變化，尋找較好的鍛造條件使鎂合金AZ61的疲勞性質提升。實驗結果顯示： ? 鎂合金AZ61反覆應力與轉數關係的疲勞曲線。 ? 根據金相觀察，由於鎂合金為六方最密堆積，因此材料受到應力後容易產生雙晶結構，對機械性質影響頗大。 ? 不同的母材形狀對於鍛造後的機械性質影響很大。 ? 鎂合金AZ61鍛造後的機械性質有明顯提升。
