Abstract:	本計畫想發展一套實用的電路模擬器,及發展合適的非晶矽薄膜電晶體模型,以供積體電路電腦輔助設計之用.SPICE為目前標準的電路模擬器,然而對特殊元件或電路模組,SPICE常不能滿足使用者的要求,PSpice為補足這缺憾,提供對類比行為描述法,然而對多操作模式元件,仍無法描述,另一解決之道是研究 SPICE的原始程式,然而這仍受限於原始程式複雜的架構,從研究者觀點,除了使用SPICE之外,有必要發展一套實用的電路模擬器,能適合本單位研究上的各種需求,對元件及電路的開發,及發展具行為描述能力的軟體,將有極大的助益與方便.研究期間：8108 ~ 8207
