Abstract:	本計畫/sup (1)/將探討SONET通訊IC類比CMOS/BiCMOS電路設計技術及架構,擬研究,模擬,和佈局(Layout)典型SONET通訊系統中線性和非線性關鍵組件,如寬頻放大器與電壓控制振盪器/sup(2)/等,且採用VLSI類比數位混合多階層式的方法評估混合式系統晶片及各部分電路的功能.本計畫將以SONET OC-3系統的VLSI設計為先導.本計畫所發展的線性和非線性線路將委託國科會晶片設計實現中心或工研院電通所製作.註:ぇ預計此計畫為期三年,未來兩年的計畫將依序提出.現今光纖用VLSI和三年計畫的工作方向將在本提案中說明.研究期間：8202 ~ 8301
