    Abstract: 台灣位居世界重要資訊產品製造國之一,資訊產業呈現高度成長的局面,但在政府大力提倡數位科技的結果,類比IC反而著墨不深,且在需求與日激增下台灣市場是以外商的類比IC產品為主流,類比IC 多由國外廠商提供,國內自製比率偏低,在國內類比IC的市佔率不到全球的1%下,專注於累積技術實力及突破認證障礙,未來成長的空間相當大,持續累積設計能力、逐漸突破認證障礙及結合我國資訊產業優勢,台灣類比IC的發展空間應更寬廣。 本研究方法主要以結構-行為-績效的架構來分析討論台灣類比IC設計產業的發展、廠商行為、市場結構等廠商與市場結構間的相互關係;同時運用賽局理論模型來探討台灣類比IC設計產業廠商之均衡分析。 研究結果顯示,台灣類比IC設計廠商在面臨價格競爭之狀況下,利用賽局Stackleberg數量競爭理論,將更形凸顯領導廠商在與上游廠商整合後之獲利能力,亦可提供後進廠商另一種新思維。 Taiwan is one of the most important global IT manufacturers, and the IT industry in Taiwan stays in a high-growth phase. The governmental promotion on digital technology, however, causes lack of focus on “analog” IC that is put by Taiwanese IT industry. Consequently, the rate of local manufacture of analog IC is small, and import is the only solution for the surging demand of analog IC. This results in that international, rather than domestic, analog IC brands dominate the Taiwanese market. The global market share that Taiwanese analog IC manufacturers hold is less than one percentage point. However, by investing on R&D and product certificates, as well as collaboration with IT industry, the Taiwanese analog IC industry is still promising. Based on S-C-P model, this research analyzes the development of Taiwanese analog IC industry, as well as the interaction between firm behavior and market structure. Also, a game-theory model is employed to conduct the equilibrium analysis of the industry. According to the result of Stackelberg quantitative competition analysis, the current Taiwanese IC designers could benefit from the vertical integration of leading companies. This also provides a new way of thinking for new comers to the industry.
