    Abstract: 本計畫將分三部份執行,第一部份為開發以PQ-PMMA(phenanthrenequinone-doped poly(methyl methacrylate))感光聚合物作為材料、使用532 nm 雷射雙光束干涉紀錄體積全像光柵(volume Bragg grating,VBG)以作為雷射波長窄化與橫模模態控制之光學元件;第二部份為研究使用一維(photo-thermal refractive VBG 及PQ-PMMA VBG)與三維光子晶體光學元件(子計畫一開發低折射率反差介電質奈米球光子晶體)作為雷射反射鏡對雷射縱模與橫模之模態控制研究,並對此光子晶體光學元件進行特性之量測並開發窄光譜寬度高功率近紅外雷射作為子計畫三中開發optical parametric oscillator 之 pump 光源並協同子計畫三開發以VBG 或光子晶體光學元件已角度作為波長可調機制之窄頻可調近、中紅外雷射光源。第三部份為架設以波長可調VBG 回饋窄頻寬1.52 m 半導體雷射為光源之光聲式光譜(photoacoustic spectroscopy)氣體檢測系統測量C2H2 分子光譜,待子計畫三完成窄頻可調近、中紅外雷射光源,將以此作為光聲式光譜氣體檢測系統之光源以測量各種氣體分子光譜已達成初步氣體檢測之目的。 This project contains three major parts. The first part will develop volume Bragg grating (VBG) based on PQ-PMMA(phenanthrenequinone-doped poly(methyl methacrylate)) photopolymer exposed using 532 nm two-beam interference setup. The VBG will serve as the optical element of studying laser spectral narrowing and transverse mode control. The second part will investigate 1D (photo-thermal refractive VBG 及PQ-PMMA VBG) and 3D (low-refractive-index-contrast micro-sphere photonic crystal developed by sub-project 1) photonic crystal optical elements as laser mirror to achieve laser transverse and longitudinal mode control. The optical properties of these elements will also be characterized. Based on the study of these photonic crystal optical elements, a spectral narrowed, high power near infrared pump will be built as the pump laser of the optical parametric oscillator of sub-project 3. The third part is going to setup a spectral narrowed, wavelength tunable 1.52 m diode laser as the light source of a photoacoustic gas sensing system to measure C2H2 molecule spectrum. As soon as sub-project accomplished the development of narrow-band, tunable near- and mid-IR laser light source, this sub-project will utilized the light source for the gas sensing system to measure the molecular spectra of different gases as the basic test. 研究期間 : 9808 ~ 9907
