由於非對稱壓延可有效降低壓延力及壓延扭矩,使材料於壓延製程安排上,更趨自由與多樣性,在壓延工業之應用上,具有極大之助益;但於非對稱壓延後之板材易產生彎曲現象而造成產品品質降低及設備損壞。 本文以試片厚度2mm及2.9mm的A0150P鋁板進行同徑對稱及非對稱壓延實驗,以探討試片厚度、縮減率、輥輪周速比及界面潤滑條件對成形板材彎曲曲率的效應。實驗結果顯示,(1) 成形試片曲率達到平板狀態理想值(±0.0025)的縮減率和試片厚度成正比關係;(2) 成形試片曲率達到平板狀態理想值(±0.0025)的縮減率和周速比係成正比的關係;(3) 不同界面潤滑條件對於壓延力及壓延扭矩有明顯的降低效應,但對改善成形試片曲率無明顯的效應。 Due to the asymmetrical rolling can reduce rolling force and rolling torque that will make rolling process also flexible and variable. There are extreme advantages in application of rolling industry. The specimens will curvature after the asymmetrical rolling, the flat bending will reduce production quality and impact machine. This paper observe various of curvature ratio at symmetrical and asymmetrical rolling with different specimens thickness(2mm and 2.9mm),mismatch peripheral speed,reduction, lubrication. The result is that:(1) The specimens reduction that curvature ratio is between ±0.0025 is directly proportional to specimens thickness.(2) The specimens reduction that curvature ratio is between ±0.0025 is directly proportional to mismatch peripheral speed.(3) With Lubrication, rolling force and rolling torque is decreased, but curvature ratio is not improve.
