本研究經過CCD的影像擷取原始資料、透過VB程式的影像處理邊緣偵測輸出點資料及VB程式控制三軸工作平台軌跡規劃進行雕刻加工,建構出一套 ”應用影像處理的三軸文字雕刻機系統 ”,研究中CCD攝影機擷取到的影像資料,由影像處理程式經灰階化、取閥值、二值化、邊緣偵測等經一連串的處理之後,將影像轉換為字體外圍的運動軌跡點資料,系統程式再將所得到的資訊根據程式判斷流程進行三軸機台雕刻文字於工件上。 整個系統經過初步概念、馬達驅動器性能了解、線路規劃製作、工作主軸選用、適用的工件選擇、主軸夾具設計製造、工作平台設計製造、軟硬體介面的整合……等相關開發程序後,進行實際性能操作,可以完整的呈現文字影像於工作工件上。 This research is based on “system of three axis character carving with application of image dealing”. This research used CCD to catch the original data of image, and then detected the marginal output data by VB program for controlling the carving process in the three axis working flat. The image data caught by CCD is programmed to gray value, binary , threshold, marginal detect, then transferred to character outside data for controlling the carving orbit. The whole system is based on the concept, which includes the capability of motor driving, wiring arrangement, the main working axis and appropriate work pieces choosing, manufacture process of tongs, design of working flat, software and hardware integrated……,after developing the relative process series, the character image can be carved in the work piece completely.
