Abstract:	本研究的主要目的有六項。一、針對人力資源管理的各大功能來診斷國內企業的人力資源管理制度的發展程度。二、利用統計分析法找出國內的人力資源管理形式(pattern)。三、分析企業形態與所採行策略對於人力資源管理的影響。四、嘗試從人力資源管理的角度來解釋組織績效良好的原因。五、針對五百大服務業與千大製造業加以抽查，研究其人力資源管理的產業特殊性。六、研提勞動生產力提升策略及採行措施，以供政府主管機關及國內業界參考採行。 There are six purposes in the study: 1. Diagnose the development of the human resources management in Taiwanese manufacturing and service industries. 2. Use the statistical methods to classify the patterns of human resources management. 3. Analyze the impact of business strategy on human resources management. 4. Study the accountability of the human resources management 5. Understand the specificity of the human resources management in the top 500 service companies and the top 1000 manufacturing companies. 6.
