由於營建資源日趨枯竭,再加上近年來政府對於維護環境生態的目標不斷要求,希望任何的廢棄物,都能藉由再生處理的過程,達成永續再利用目的。目前焚化底碴在國內再利用並不普遍,所以將焚化底碴在公共工程中使用,若使用上沒有問題,再推廣到民間。本研究將蒐集國外焚化底碴應用於公共工程之情形,以及調查目前國內焚化爐以及資源處理廠之焚化底碴產量,作為國內焚化底碴使用上的依據。並且在實驗室內進行焚化底碴的基本物化性質試驗、CLSM試驗、透水混凝土試驗、道路基底層、瀝青層試驗以求得焚化底碴應用於各項工程之適當摻配(添加)量。另外將實驗室內結果配合研究過程中所召開的專家座談會研擬台灣地區焚化底碴之推動策略。 With the increasingly decrease of construction resource and the pressing demand of environmental protection from the government, any type of waste, through the regenerating process, is expected to achieve the eventual destination of sustainable use. However, nowadays, re-utilization of bottom ash is hardly a fashion, and thus we propose it first be applied to infrastructure plan, if successfully done, then, to daily use. In this paper, I will present applications of incinerator waste on infrastructure from other countries and investigate the amount of bottom ash left from domestic recycling plants and incinerators. With examples abroad and national statistics being the basis, re-usage of incinerator waste can thus be developed. In addition, my research will further demonstrate results of several essential experiments: experiment of physical change, CLSM test, permeable concrete test, pavement engineering test, attempting to acquire the moderate proportion of bottom ash applied to each engineering project.
