Abstract:	本計劃將基因微陣列晶片上每一點之紅色螢光強度之對數值和綠色螢光強度之對數值配適線性迴歸模型(Sapir 和 Churchill (2000))後所得之殘差值以一伽瑪- 常態-伽瑪之三成分混合模型來配適，此三成份包括一描述無差異表現基因之常態分佈與分別描述具差異表現之上調節基因及下調節基因之兩伽瑪分佈。在模型參數具適當的先驗分佈下求其貝氏估計，並與最大概似估計做一比較，同時另以預測機率及預測勝算來進行差異表現基因之鑑別。另外考慮將該模型透過經驗貝氏的方法應用於多片基因微陣列資料上。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
