Abstract:	本計劃擬在具有共變數的劑量反應實驗中，經模型配適找出潛在重要的共變數或危險因子之後，再加入劑量效應配適模型，根據估計的劑量效應建立調整共變數之降階封閉式多重檢定方法，鑑別最低有效劑量。計劃中針對資料屬性分二年進行研究。第一年針對完整資料加以配模及進行檢定，此一完整資料包括連續及二元或計數的離散資料。第二年則針對右設限的存活資料進行配模及檢定。本計劃除以實例說明方法的應用，也以模擬研究上述檢定方法在不同資料與模式組合之下的正確鑑別率及鑑別的偏誤。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
