    Abstract: 對稱平板輥壓是一種有效率且廣泛運用於一般工業、建築的成型方式。其優點能使材料提高硬度同時能讓成型產品更趨多樣性及變化性。但同徑對稱壓延,板材仍易產生彎曲的外型,因此本文使用不同的參數條件藉由實驗的方式,取得壓延時產生的壓延力及壓延扭矩藉此瞭解平板輥壓條件對成型變化的影響。更進一步熟悉輥壓設備的效能以提升輥壓設備使用效率也能減少成型造成環境設備及產品上的損傷使成本的提升。 本文中以鋁製板材試片A0150P進行同徑輥輪的非對稱壓延實驗。藉由探討兩種試片厚度、縮減率的變化、輥輪切線速度比不同以及輥輪界面潤滑條件差異進行實驗,以獲得不同的參數條件對板材彎延現象所產生曲率的影響。同時找出壓延板材試片的曲率值介於±0.0025 (1/mm)內(即成型試片趨於平坦的加工成型結果)其加工成型條件以便提供未來曲率的控制因素,以提升工業上的經濟效率,為本篇論文之目的。 Symmetric plate rolling is a kind of the efficient forming methods, and is used in industry、architecture broadly. The advance of plate rolling is making higher hardness and varied forming products. Even if getting bending shape easily in symmetric rolling, we get rolling force and rolling torque by different parameters of experiments in this study in order to figure out the effects formed in different rolling conditions. We further are familiar with rolling equipments to raise the efficiency and decrease the damages of the equipments and products. In this paper, we use the specimens of aluminum A1050P to do the experiments of asymmetric rolling with the same diameter rolls. With two thickness、varied reduction、different peripheral speeds、dried and lubricant surface conditions to get different parameters that cause curvature of plate bending. To the purpose of this paper, we observe the values of curvatures (the results of strip specimens that after forming )between ±0.0025(1/mm) to provide the factors of controlling curvatures in the future, and raise economic efficiency in industry.
