光譜影像為近年來新興的一項技術,其能夠將物體的空間資訊與光譜資訊整合在一起,隨著技術的成長,分光光譜數量也增加到數百個波段,因而促進了光譜影像系統的研究與發展。 本研究主要是開發一套操作便利的人機介面程式,其用來操控光譜影像系統中的步達馬達與CMOS影像感測器,並利用影像校正演算法,減少CMOS影像感測器所產生的雜訊,以增加光譜資料擷取的正確性,最後再利用此程式來對系統做MTF以及每擷取一次影像馬達所需移動距離的量測,得到此系統的MTF在空間頻率22.8(lp/mm)時為36.25%,而馬達每移動10.6μm擷取一次影像時,所得到的影像最接近原始的影像。 Recently, spectral image was a novel technique, which integrated the spatial information and spectral information of the object. With the progress of technique, the number of bands increase to hundreds, and promote the research and development of spectral image system. This research design a convenient user’s interface, which can control the step motor and CMOS detector to acquire and save the spectral data. Besides, we use the algorithm of image corrections to reduce the noise of CMOS, and increase the accuracy of spectral data acquirement. Finally, we use the interface to measure the MTF of system and find the displacement of step motor with once spectral image acquiring. The result of the MTF is 36.25% when the spatial frequency is 22.8(lp/mm), and the image is the most similar to original when the step motor move 10.6μm with once spectral data acquiring.
