目前生醫檢測方面,在於膠囊內視鏡生醫影像仍然是採用單張逐一檢測之方式,其原因為傳統膠囊內視鏡取像方向為膠囊前端之影像,在影像擷取過程中影像之間並無太大關聯性。本研究提出利用一種新型膠囊內視鏡來擷取環場影像,即為環場式膠囊內視鏡。此機構主要利用錐狀反射鏡來擷取膠囊側邊之影像,不僅可以解決傳統膠囊內視鏡無法拍攝到腸道內因皺摺產生之死角問題,更可以利用因側邊擷取影像導致影像間有相關性之優點,來進行影像對位,將所有影像對位完畢再投影至圓柱模型上,還原出真實三維環場影像。 本研究利用MATLAB之軟體來進行影像處理,利用實驗所拍攝到之影像,採用兩種影像對位演算法,即為皮爾森相關係數法以及平均絕對誤差法。經過軟體運算後可以得到兩個演算法尋找到最佳位置點均相同,但是時間卻相差一倍之多,利用平均絕對誤差法可把時間縮短至4秒左右,而皮爾森相關係數法則只能縮短至12秒。然而再把接合完之影像投影至圓柱模型上,利用圓柱半徑逐漸縮小之概念,營造出三維立體影像之感覺,還原真實之三維環場影像。 In the aspect of biomedical diagnose, it still have to check the biomedical image one by one of the capsule endoscope. The reason is the typical capsule endoscope can just take the front images, all of the images have rarely relation between each other during the image taking. So the research purpose a new idea of capsule endoscope to get the ring field image, it is called ring field capsule endoscope. The capsule use a cone mirror to get the capsule side images, it not only can solve the problem that the typical capsule endoscope is difficult to get the dead spaces images in the intestines, but also can get the side images which have relation between each other, so we can use the images to recognize it, after connect all of the images we can project it to the cylindrical mode, restore three dimension ring field image. This research use MATLAB software to process the images. First, we use the ring field capsule endoscope to do experiment and get ring field image, then process the images by two algorithm, they are Pearson correlation coefficient and mean absolute error respectively. We can find the two methods can find the same optimum location after computing, but the compute time is very difference. It can decrease the time to 4 second by using mean absolute error, but it can just decrease the time to 12 second by Pearson correlation coefficient. After connect all of the images we can project it to the cylindrical mode, and design the cylindrical radius decrease linearly to construct a three dimension view, and restore the real ring field image.
