傳統之非透水性防砂壩,雖可達定坡阻砂功能,並減少下游河道之淤積;然易引起河道輸砂失去平衡而使下游發生嚴重的沖刷。 當不透水防砂壩淤滿時,即喪失貯砂及抑減逕流之功效。透水防砂壩,尤其是梳子壩,可經由水力篩選,留粗汰細,使河道輸砂量較趨平衡且延長使用期限。另一方面,透水攔砂壩不致阻斷坡地與溪溝棲息動物之活動,對上游生態之負面影響明顯降低。本計畫為期三年,擬進行理論及實驗研究,並輔以石門水庫集水區之現地勘查與分析。 第一年計畫將探討透水攔砂壩開口幾何形狀之水理設計,分析其在均勻顆粒時排砂及阻砂效能,並探討其開口佈置之抑制逕流效果。第二年則針對不同顆粒分佈時,透水攔砂壩之篩選效果與開口幾何形狀之關係,以瞭解透水攔之攔砂特性。 第三年計畫,則根據前兩年計畫研究成果,探討在石門水庫集水區之流量與地文特性時,所應採取之較佳透水砂壩佈置。 Open-Check Dams are widely employed to control sediment transport due to debris flows or heavy bed load during major floods. A slit-check dam installed in the steep slope can regulate the solid discharge through the backwater effect. On the other hand, the sustainable operation of the slit-check dam is enhanced by the hydraulic sorting mechanism, i.e., coarser material is retained behind the dam and the finer grain-size sediment will pass through it. Open-check dams have less adverse effects on slope habitats as well. An analysis of slitcheck dam is proposed by employing experimental and field study in a three-year study. In the first year, the geometric parameters of the slit-check dams with uniform sediment size will be evaluated. The runoff control and hydraulic characteristics through the slit dam is examined. During the second year, the hydraulic sorting and deposition patterns behind the slit dam will be studied. In the third year, The field study and case studies in Shihmen watershed will implemented with the experimental results obtained in the first two years. 研究期間:9508 ~ 9607
