Abstract:	專業技術人才的有效運用是高科技組織及企業對外競爭的重要手段之一，如何運用資訊科技相關技術，發展適合的管理工具，一直是高科技人才管理與發展的主要議題。本研究之目的，是結合資訊科技與人力資源管理與發展技術，發展一套合乎HR-XML國際標準格式且適合於多型態組織架構之專業技能盤點系統。所謂多型態組織意謂現階段許多高科技組織採行不同的組織型態 (包括階層式、矩陣式、網路式組織等…)，專業技能之盤點適用於不同型態的組織，有利於組織及時掌握組織內外的專業技術人員相關的技能水準，能夠據之以發展相關之運用與發展策略，組織專技人才的管裡因此而更有效率。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
