    Abstract: 主軸計畫的目的在於有效推動能源國家型科技計畫,整合各單位研究成果,達成「提升能源安全、改善溫氣排放、開創能源產業」預期規劃目標。智慧電網與先進讀表主軸計畫之主要任務有二: (1) 負責智慧電網與先進讀表主軸計畫之整體策略的規劃作業與推動。(2)負責節能減碳分項中「智慧電網與讀表」子項相關業務的推動與執行。本主軸計畫將以2009 年台灣智慧型電網論壇規劃之技術遠景與重要結論及能源局之建議為基礎,依下列七個方向進行規劃:(1)電力品質;(2)輸電控制;(3)配電自動化;(4)微電網控制;(5)AMI 與資通訊技術;(6)電力電子;(7)規範與標準。規劃內容除包含研究方向、國際合作與協助政府與台電相關計畫之推動外, 並將明訂KPI 於主軸計畫之規劃中 This proposal focuses on strategy planning on intelligent grid and advance metering infrastructure (AMI) conducted by the National Science and Technology Program – Energy (NSTPE) in 2010. Two major tasks will be carried out by this project as follows: (1) Preparation for the “Intelligent grid and AMI” project of the planning of research projects and feasibility evaluation on intelligent grid and AMI in Taiwan. (2) Strategy planning and related administration on the “Intelligent grid and AMI” sub-section in the “Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction” section of NSTPE. This project will proceed the strategic planning according to the following related research areas of intelligent grid based on the conclusions of “2009 Taiwan Intelligent Grid Forum” and the comments of the Bureau of Energy: (1) Power qualities; (2) Transmission line control: (3) Substation automation; (4) Micro grid control (5) AMI and information/communication technologies; (6) Power electronics; (7) Standards. 研究期間:9905 ~ 10004
