本研究試圖以濕式處理方式,採碳酸鎳之形態回收PCB電鍍製程含鎳廢液中之鎳金屬物;並進一步考慮回收物貯放及運輸時之便利性及經濟效益,配合鋁熱法乾式回收鎳金屬之可行性。研究過程中評估濕式及乾式回收條件與經濟效益。 碳酸鎳經鋁熱反應後,不僅可改善碳酸鎳貯放作業上受大氣潮解影響,更可就由高溫氧化形成鎳金屬錠,大幅提昇鎳金屬回收單價由172元/kg提升到751元/kg。 This study tried to develop an effective retrieval method for retrieving nickel from nickel plating wastewater as NiCO3, or further as metallic nickel. The operational parameters of the processes were determined and evaluated, and the economic aspect was assessed of these two methods (i.e., wet method and wet method plus thermit method) In retrieving Ni from plating wastewater as NiCO3 by wet process, the processing costs 35 NT$ per kilogram of the products, however, the NiCO3 has a market value of 172NT$ per kilogram, showing that the wet retrieving process if beneficial. On the other hand, in retrieving Ni from plating wastewater as metallic Ni by wet process combined thermit process, the market price for metallic Ni is 751 NT$ per kilogram, outperforming the cost of 35NT$ (if waste aluminum and waste acid were used) or the cost of 193 NT$ (if pulverized aluminum scrap was used).
