本論文中,我們針對不同封裝條件之LED light bar,利用兩種不同的環境條件測試,潮溼高溫操作壽命測試以及熱循環測試,觀察LED light bar在接受測試後光學特性的變化,並進行其可靠度之討論與分析。此外,我們也提出利用混光的方式,使得LED light bar在降低成本的考量下,其在光輸出和色彩表現上,仍具有一定的水準。 In this paper, we adopt two different kinds of environmental test, wet high temperature operating life test and thermal cycle, to examine the reliability of the different package of LED light bar and observe the optical characteristics of LED light bar after testing. Then, we use the results for further discussion and analysis of reliability. Furthermore, we present a color mixing method. By the method, LED light bar can obtain better luminous flux and the color performance and reduce the purchased cost at the same time.
