    Abstract: 本論文擬設計一套以個人電腦為基礎的單相智慧電表,搭配LabVIEW監控程式軟體,針對不同的用電需求,建構一套完整的電力監控系統。透過ZigBee 無線通訊模組,在不影響原用電迴路下,可簡易安裝於各用電用戶,不僅可以降低用電成本、提高用電效率,並可對遠端控制器做設備狀態偵測或關關控制。主控制台電腦透過ZigBee 對單相智慧電表讀取用電數據,如電壓、電流、頻率、功因、實功率、視在功率等參數,將所量測到資料送至主控制台電腦上記錄儲存,再以LabVIEW 所設計之圖形介面顯示於電腦螢幕上,管理者可透過此介面做即時用電量測、監視負載設備、各用電資料的統計與分析整合等方面。本系統有助於家庭瞭解使用電力狀況與降低運轉成本,改善用戶用電習慣,同時達到抑制尖峰負載、節省電費支出的目的。 This thesis proposes a PC-based power monitoring system. The system combines multi-functional ammeters and monitoring software to detect electricity loads. The master station reads the power consumption of appliance through the ZigBee interface and detects the state of the remote device. On the basis of not impacting the original circuit, it can be installed in all electricity consumers in a simple way, which may not only reduce the cost of electricity-consumption and promote its efficiency. Computer can read data of electricity-consumption out of power meters to remotely control appliance or equipment. Server computer can retrieve electricity-consuming data in digital power meter through the ZigBee. The power system’s parameters such as voltage, current, power and power factor acquired by digital power meter are transmitted to the sever computer. These data can be recorded and stored simultaneously in the sever computer and displayed on the screen by graphical user interface. Using the graphical user interface, which is designed with LabVIEW can properly evaluate the demand for power, measure the power consumption, monitor and control the load device. The proposed system help user to understand the current situation of electricity loads, reduce operating costs, and improve the user's power consumption habits.
