在差異化產品設計中,發生變更是很可觀的。當變更發生時,所有相關項目必定會受到影響。因此,受變更的影響需要及時處理以維護產品的一致性與完整性。為了分析產品設計變更的潛在影響,本研究介紹了一個命名為影響因子 (Impact factor)的量化值,且提出了一個通過對此量化值來分析變更影響的演算法。再者,為了考量變更傳遞存有遞迴式循環的特性,此方法是建立在先透過樹狀結構的概念來確定影響的範圍,本研究稱其展開樹為影響樹 (Impact tree)。然後,再利用影響程度來估算影響範圍的變更預期成本。我們並據以開發出一個基於協同合作的系統,用以展現本研究提出的方法。最後,本研究會透過一個實例,驗證系統的可行性。 Change is substantial in variant product design. When changes occur, all the related parts must be affected. Thus, the impacts of changes need to be promptly realized in order to maintain the consistency and integrity of the product. For the purpose of handling potential effects of product design change, this research proposes an algorithm for analyzing change impact through a quantitative indicator in termed impact factor in our research. The concept of this approach is established on determining the scope of changes through tree structure known as impact tree in this study and then estimating the expected cost of change via degree of influence in consideration of change propagation and recursive looping. A collaboration-based system is implemented to realize the proposed approach and algorithm. Lastly, the feasibility of the system is verified through an experiment.
