Abstract:	一般認為自由表面變形與Oscillatory Convection有很大的關係,所以本計畫將研究表面變形與“ Oscillatory ThermocapillaryConvection”之關係Oscillatory Thermocapillary Convection被認為是單晶晶體產生缺陷之主要成因.由實驗結果知在控制參數馬若哥尼數超過某一極限值時穩態Thermocapillary Convection就會轉換成Oscillatory Thermocapillary Convection,至於會產生OscillatoryThermocapillary Convection的成因仍待深入探討. ; 研究期間 8108 ~ 8207
