反洗廢水為淨水場主要廢水來源,為降低廢污產量並使水資源有效利用,最佳的策略即是掌握淨水程序所衍生廢污的特性,從而實施廠內廢水回收再利用。有鑑於此,本研究擬探討回收再利用反洗廢水以達到零排放之可行性,計畫選擇以石門水庫為水源之平鎮淨水場為對象,首先調查原水水質、過濾池操作與反洗廢水水量及水質之關係,並觀察反洗廢水之顆粒沉降特性和沉降速度,探討反洗廢水的沉澱效率,以及回收處理反洗廢水的合適性。同時,採用薄膜程序處理回收反洗廢水,並以薄膜種類及清水回收率做為操作變數,判斷滲透液水質是否符合飲用水及再利用之水質標準,驗證薄膜程序回收處理反洗廢水之可行性。此外,比較並推估回收之廢水循環回收於原水和淨水程序時,對於處理單元效率所可能產生的衝擊。 ; Filter backwash wastewater is the major wastewater source from water treatment plants. In order to reduce the amount of residues and meet the aims of effective usage of water source, the best strategies are to evaluate the characteristics of the residues, and then to implement wastewater recycling in plant. Based on these reasons, the present work is to investigate the feasibility of zero discharge by recycling backwash wastewater. Pingjan water treatment plant, which intakes raw water from Shimen Reservoirs, is selected as the research object. First, the relations among the quality of raw water, the operation in filters, and the quantity and quality of filter backwash wastewater would be verified. Then, the settling behavior of particles is observed to establish the thickening characteristics of filter backwash wastewater and to evaluate the potential of recycling the filter backwash wastewater. Subsequently, the membrane process is provided to treat the filter backwash wastewater. Operating factors, including membrane materials and water recovery are investigated to estimate the application.
