由於國內掩埋場地有限,淨水污泥進行最終處置困難,因此淨水污泥再利用遂成為一項重要的議題。本研究的目的,係探討以淨水污泥取代部份水泥黏土生料,燒製水泥的可行性。水泥的燒製則以模擬水泥窯的燒結程序為之。本研究以淨水場常見PAC 污泥與硫酸鋁污泥為對象,於高、低原水濁度季節分別進行採樣。合適的水泥生料配比,則根據污泥與水泥其他天然生料化學組成而設計,而本研究將探討不同水泥係數設定下的配比設計,對燒製熟料性質的影響。其後,在燒製過程中,將改變燒結溫度梯度與燒結時間,以探討不同燒結條件對熟料性質的影響。最後,本研究評估由熟料製成之水泥品質,並拌製水泥漿體,探討有關水化產物與其結晶相的水化反應特性。 ; The reuse of water treatment plant sludge has recently become an important issue since the available sludge landfill for disposal is limited. The purpose of this study is to investigate the feasibility of producing cement from water treatment plant sludge partially replacing clay contents in cement raw materials. The cement production is carried out by a klin-simulated sintering process. In this study, both PAC and alum sludge will be sampled individually at the season of high and low raw water turbidity. The proper raw meal mix design concerning the sludge is determined according to the chemical composition of all cement raw materials. In addition, the effect of raw meal mix design with different cement modules on cement clinker properties will be explored. Subsequently, the effect of sintering conditions on the clinker properties will be investigated by varying temperature gradient and reaction time during sintering process. The quality of produced cement from the clinker will also be evaluated. Finally, the hydration reaction involving hydration products and crystalline phase in the produced cement past will be characterized. ; 研究期間 9808 ~ 9907
