    摘要: 本研究針對水化副產石灰(以下簡稱水化灰)作為地質改良劑,以改善水道淤泥、水庫淤泥等軟弱土壤之工程性質,作為回填或築堤設計之用。將水化灰添加於雲林六輕廠疏濬土中,依據現場施工條件進行試體製作。針對五組不同重量比及三組不同含水量之試體,分別進行夯實試驗、直接剪力試驗、單向度壓密試驗、無圍壓縮試驗及三軸壓縮試驗,為了模擬現場施工,本研究以氣乾疏濬土為為主來調整混合料之含水量,避免因水化灰吸水速率的不確定因素,而導致試驗數據誤差偏高。
    從壓密試驗結果可知,添加水化灰後的疏濬土可降低壓縮性和回脹性,水化灰使用量越多降低越多,有效改善疏濬土之性質;從直剪和三軸試驗結果可知添加水化灰明顯增強疏濬土之抗剪強度,其中以水化灰用量30%這組配比為最佳,確實改善軟弱土壤之性質;而混合料含水量控制於28%左右時有該組配比的最大強度。而本研究之數據可供於未來填方工程所參考。
    This paper presents an investigation to improve soft soil mechanical behaviors by using hydrated CFB ash as a soil conditioner. The soft soil was from dredge spoil (ML) near NO.6 Naphtha Cracker Project’s Plant, Yunlin. And the production process of experimental soil mixtures was considered the in-situ construction situations. In this paper, five different gravimetric fractions (Gf = weight of ash / total weight %= 0%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 100%) and three different water conditions (the water contents were under OMC, MIDDLE, and WET situations) mixtures were studied under compaction test, consolidation test, direct shear test, unconfined compression test, and triaxial compression test, respectively. The results show that the compressibility and expansibility were decrease with increasing hydrated ash content. In addition, the utilization of hydrated CFB ash as a soil conditioner could certainly improve soft soil mechanical behaviors, especially for Gf = 30%. And when water contents near about 28%, the mixtures have optimal strengths.
